Dr Ogunseye is the Practice Principal. Dr Ogunseye studied at Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria. He has a vast interest in General Practice and is regularly attending courses and training to further his skill set. Dr Ogunseye has an interest in HIV Medicine, Skin Cancer Surgery, Cosmetic Medicine and Chronic Disease Management. Dr Ogunseye is an S100 prescriber for HIV. Dr Ogunseye is a QA Examiner with RACGP and has a passion for teaching. In his spare time he enjoys watching Soccer, relaxing with his family and studying.
Dr Crispin has been practicing medicine for 40 years. She began specialising in General Practice in 2006 when she become a Fellow of the Royal Australian College General Practitioners. Juliana enjoys all aspects of GP work but enjoys Women’s and Child Health, Geriatric Health, Chronic Disease Management and Infectious Disease. In her spare time Juliana enjoys spending time with her family.

Dr Tokyo has studied medicine in Myanmar. She has gained much experience in medicine as a medical registrar in Alice Springs Hospital, Logan Hospital, Gold Coast University Hospital and Robina Hospital. She attained the diploma of child health at Sydney Children Hospital network in 2016. She has been working in Wide Bay since 2017. She enjoys learning new clinical skills, which lead her obtaining professional certificate in skin cancer medicine, skin cancer surgery and aesthetic medicine by Healthcert. She’s interested in management of chronic medical conditions as well as preventive health. She is also one of the S100 prescribers of HIV in Hervey Bay.
Dr Nkire began his studies in 1987 at University of Lagos studying Medicine. He furthered his education by completing a Masters of Public Health at School of Public Health at the University of the Western Cape in South Africa in 2012. Dr Nkire has worked across many countries including Nigeria, Zambia, Namibia and Fiji. Everest has a passion for Chronic Disease management, Public Health and Skin Surgery. He enjoys the relaxed Hervey Bay lifestyle, spending time with his family and relaxing on his days off.
Dr Enkay as she is fondly known joined our team in January 2017. Her interests lie in management of Chronic Diseases, Preventive Medicine, Women’s Health, Endocrinology and Cardio-Respiratory medicine. She likes Hervey Bay and Burrum Heads because of the peace and serenity of the beaches and the semi metropolitan nature of Hervey Bay. Dr Ibe enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing on her days off.

Dr Wade completed his medical degree in 2010 at Griffith University on the Gold Coast. Prior to this, he completed a Bachelor of Science in 2004 focusing on evolutionary genetics, and a Bachelor of Nursing in 2007. Dr Wade spent 3 years working in Caboolture Hospital and Hervey Bay Hospital. The vast Majority of this time was spent in the emergency department and in various surgical specialists. Dr Wade entered general practice in 2014 and has been part of the Eli Waters Medical Centre family since 2015. Dr Wade completed his Master of Medicine in Skin Cancer in 2016 and was certified as a Skin Cancer Specialist by Skin Cancer college of Australasia. He also Specialises in advanced and complicated skin cancer excisions, flaps, and skin grafts with a special focus on the head and neck. He has special interests in mental health and has received training in counselling and cognitive behavioural techniques. Dr Wade spends his free time with his wife, young son, and enjoys board games, card games, woodwork and is a Brisbane Broncos fan!
Dr Oxana Agareva has been practicing medicine for more than 20 years, she obtained her Medical degree at the Volgograd Medical Academy, Russia.
Dr Oxana has been working in the Australian medical system since 2007 and has a wide experience in both public and private hospitals,as well as General practice. Dr Oxana likes all aspects of General practice, but her special interest is in Emergency Medicine,Women’s Health, Family planning,Antenatal care, Paediatrics, Travel Health and Mental Health

Dr Ahmos has been practicing medicine for 30 years, bringing a wide experience in general medicine and chronic disease management to our practice. Dr Ahmos’ area of special interest has been the diagnostics and management of complex medical conditions. Dr Ahmos has been certified by the Royal College of Physicians in Ireland, holds a Diploma of Paediatrics, and is certified in Family, Reproductive Health and Contraception. He enjoys many types of sporting pursuits, but particularly soccer, table tennis and badminton.

Dr Dede is a visiting Consultant Paediatrician. Accepting all new patients. Referral from your local GP is required. Dr Dede visits approximately every 2 months. Fee’s do apply so please speak with reception to be advised of the costs.

Dr Salman is a visiting Orthopaedic Surgeon with a special interest in adult shoulder, hip, knee and orthopaedic sport surgery. He visits us monthly. To have a consultation with Dr Salman, a referral from your GP is required. Fees apply so please contact reception for further details.

Adedoyin is the Practice Manager of Eli Waters, Burrum Heads and Airport. She has a degree in Business Administration and Nursing. Adedoyin has always had a strong passion for beauty and enhancing peoples well-being. Her interests lies in General Practice nursing as well as Cosmetic Medicine. Ade has a wealth of knowledge and experience in Management, Primary Health and Cosmetic Nursing.
Karen qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1985 after completing training at Westmead Hospital in Sydney after working in the various wards. Later she went on to complete post graduate study at University to obtain qualifications in ‘Child and Family Health’. She finally found her niche in Nursing 16 years ago working as a Practice Nurse in a Medical Centre where she learnt new skills and worked as a valuable member of a team of Doctors and other nurses providing Primary Health Care. Karen moved to Hervey Bay in 2005 and have worked at this practice ever since! She is passionate about supporting people who have a chronic disease and helping them to improve their health and make better lifestyle choices. She loves that she get to work with babies and children as well as the very old and frail members of our community. She also enjoys her role as a mentor to nursing students from the University who come here on a clinical placement to learn about nursing in a community setting.
Ibiye has studied English language and literature as her first degree, then Nursing here in Hervey Bay at USQ as her second degree. Ibiye chose nursing as she has always wanted to help people get better when unwell. In her spare time, she loves to read novels, watch movies and to worship and sing in the choir at her church. She loves living in Hervey Bay as she loves the environment.
Catti attained her bachelor of nursing degree through the University of Southern Queensland. She discovered her love for general practice with us as a student on clinical placement. She is currently in the process of completing her Masters degree, specialising in mental health to become a psychiatric nurse practitioner. In her free time Catti is a professional DJ and enjoys travelling.

Emma studied her master of dietetic studies and Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Science at the University of Queensland in Brisbane. She has been servicing the Fraser Coast region with Fuel your Life since August 2017. She is passionate about getting results for clients in weight management, chronic disease management, heart health and sports nutrition.
She loves helping clients achieve their goals by assisting them to live their best and healthiest life. Emma spends most of her time off travelling, camping,scuba diving and taking her dog for walks.

Fareez’s experience and studies has led him to be an energetic exercise physiologist. Fareez comes to us from Exercise Healthcare Australia, and has extensive experience working alongside clients who live with a chronic condition or disability. Fareez believes in always furthering his learning to keep updated with the current evidence based knowledge and clinical practice.
Fareez pride’s himself in prescribing safe exercise that client’s enjoy. Fareez’s exercise prescription is tailored to be goal orientated and fun for his patients. Fareez is very passionate in client education. In just a short amount of time, he has been a clinical supervisor for the undergraduate exercise physiologist student. In addition to this, outside working hours you can find him climbing rocks, hiking mountains and surfing waves.

Alice’s exercise physiology training has led her to gain experience in complex cardiac and metabolic conditions, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, paediatrics, cancer, high performance sports and athletes with disabilities.
Alice also hails from Exercise Healthcare Australia. Alice believes in the power of individualised evidence based exercise prescription and education to help us manage acute and chronic conditions and aid our optimal return to meaningful activities.

Patricia A’Bell is a visiting diabetic educator at our Practice. She graduated from Charles Sturt University NSW with a diploma of Health Science in 1993. She began her Diabetes career in 1996 and has been working in diabetes education for over 23 years. Patricia is accredited with the Mater Hospital and Friendly Society Private hospital. She is a Medicare registered provider, Department of Veterans Affairs Provider, registered with private health insurers and a Registered NDIS Provider for Community Nursing.
