Dr Olajide Ogunseye

MBChB, DTM&H, FRACGP, Cert Skin Cancer Surgery, VGCDT, MCPCA
Dr Ogunseye is the Practice Principal. Dr Ogunseye studied at Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria. He has a vast interest in General Practice and is regularly attending courses and training to further his skill set. Dr Ogunseye has an interest in HIV Medicine, Skin Cancer Surgery, Cosmetic Medicine and Chronic Disease Management. Dr Ogunseye is a QA Examiner with RACGP and has a passion for teaching. In his spare time he enjoys watching Soccer, relaxing with his family and studying.

Dr Juliana Crispin

MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Crispin has been practicing medicine for 40 years. She began specialising in General Practice in 2006 when she become a Fellow of the Royal Australian College General Practitioners. Juliana enjoys all aspects of GP work but enjoys Women’s and Child Health, Geriatric Health, Chronic Disease Management and Infectious Disease. In her spare time Juliana enjoys spending time with her family.

Dr Kyaw Lin Tun

MBBS, DCH, FRACGP
Dr Tun has been practicing medicine for 10 years.  He is a Fellow of Royal Australian College General Practitioners. Lin has a Diploma in Child Health obtained from Sydney Children’s Hospital. Dr Tun has an interest in holistic care for all his patients. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family.

Dr Everest Nkire

Dr Nkire began his studies in 1987 at University of Lagos studying Medicine. He furthered his education by completing a Masters of Public Health at School of Public Health at the University of the Western Cape in South Africa in 2012. Dr Nkire has worked across many countries including Nigeria, Zambia, Namibia and Fiji. Everest has a passion for Chronic Disease management, Public Health and Skin Surgery. He enjoys the relaxed Hervey Bay lifestyle, spending time with his family and relaxing on his days off.

Dr Frank Wei-Fan Kao

B.Sc, MBBS
Dr Frank Kao has been working in Australia for the past 8 years. He completed his residency training at the Prince Charles Hospital and Queen Elizabeth II hospital in Brisbane, and and is currently working towards his RACGP fellowship. Frank has special interests in General Medicine, Paediatrics and Preventative Health. In his spare time, Dr Kao enjoys reading, swimming and travelling.

Dr Nkechinyere Ibe

Dr Enkay as she is fondly known joined our team in January 2017. Her interests lie in management of Chronic Diseases, Preventive Medicine, Women’s Health, Endocrinology and Cardio-Respiratory medicine. She likes Hervey Bay and Burrum Heads because of the peace and serenity of the beaches and the semi metropolitan nature of Hervey Bay. Dr Ibe enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing on her days off.

Dr Dede is a visiting Consultant Paediatrician. Accepting all new patients. Referral from your local GP is required. Dr Dede visits approximately every 2 months. Fee’s do apply so please speak with reception to be advised of the costs.

Adedoyin Ogunseye

Adedoyin is the Practice Manager of Eli Waters, Burrum Heads and Airport. She has a degree in Business Administration and  Nursing. Adedoyin has always had a strong passion for beauty and enhancing peoples well-being. Her interests lie in General Practice nursing as well as Cosmetic Medicine.

Karen Hicks

RN
Karen qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1985 after completing training at Westmead Hospital in Sydney after working in the various wards. Later she went on to complete post graduate study at University to obtain qualifications in ‘Child and Family Health’. She finally found her niche in Nursing 16 years ago working as a Practice Nurse in a Medical Centre where she learnt new skills and worked as a valuable member of a team of Doctors and other nurses providing Primary Health Care. Karen moved to Hervey Bay in 2005 and have worked at this practice ever since! She is passionate about supporting people who have a chronic disease and helping them to improve their health and make better lifestyle choices. She loves that she get to work with babies and children as well as the very old and frail members of our community. She also enjoys her role as a mentor to nursing students from the University who come here on a clinical placement to learn about nursing in a community setting.

Ola Ogunnubi

Ola obtained her Nursing degree from USQ. Ola enjoys General Practice and the variety it brings to her day. Currently she is studying her Masters of Advanced Nursing to further her career and pursue her special interest in Chronic Disease Management. In her spare time she enjoys being fit and healthy, reading and travelling.

Ibiye Dede-George

Ibiye has studied English language and literature as her first degree, then Nursing here in Hervey Bay at USQ as her second degree. Ibiye chose nursing as she has always wanted to help people get better when unwell. In her spare time, she loves to read novels, watch movies and to worship and sing in the choir at her church. She loves living in Hervey Bay as she loves the environment.

Jane Chinnery

Jane has been an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse for the past 10 years. Jane’s background is Aged Care nursing, which she found very rewarding. Jane joined our team late 2016 as a Practice nurse, where she has learnt new skills which although challenging at times she loves having the opportunity to help people in all aspects of nursing.

Our wonderful admin team is made up of Practice Manager Adedoyin, Senior Medical Receptionist; Alex and Donna and Medical Receptionist; Samara, Angela, Karen, Lyn, Tracey, Tash & Aletia,.
