Dr Adu, Practice Principal, is a fellow of the RACGP with many years of experience in General Practice. She believes in putting excellence into family practice and has a particular interest in women’s and children’s health, preventive medicine, sexual and mental health and chronic disease management.

Dr Ibe, as she is fondly known, joined our team in January 2017. Her interests lie in management of Chronic Diseases, Preventive Medicine, Women’s Health, Endocrinology and CardioRespiratory medicine. She likes Hervey Bay Airport and Burrum Heads because of the peace and serenity of the beaches and the semi metropolitan nature of Hervey Bay Airport. Dr Ibe enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing on her days off.

Dr Oxana has been practicing medicine for more than 20 years, she obtained her Medical degree at the Volgograd Medical Academy, Russia.
Dr Oxana has been working in the Australian medical system since 2007 and has a wide experience in both public and private hospitals, as well as General practice. Dr Oxana likes all aspects of General practice, but her special interests are in Emergency medicine, Women’s health, Family planning, Antenatal care, Paediatrics, Travel health and Mental health.

Dr Dede is a visiting Consultant Paediatrician. Accepting all new patients. Referral from your local GP is required. Dr Dede visits approximately every 2 months. Fees do apply, so please speak with reception to be advised of the costs.

Dr Ludwig completed her medical degree at James Cook University in 2008. She then spent the next 2 years working at the Townsville Hospital gaining general medical experience. Her passion for Women’s health drove her to complete the Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology in 2010. The following year Dr Ludwig relocated to South-East Queensland to work at the Royal Children’s Hospital. As her interest in paediatrics increased, she enrolled in the Diploma in Child Health through Westmead Children’s Hospital, which she completed in 2011. While training in General Practice, Dr Ludwig completed the Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive Health through Family Planning Australia.
Dr Ludwig enjoys the lifelong learning that comes with General Practice and the spectrum of conditions that walk through the door and aims to work together with her patients in a caring way to enable them to achieve optimal health. With the epidemic of chronic disease in the community, Jenny is passionate about assisting her patients with lifestyle modification to prevent or better manage their medical condition.

Adedoyin is the Practice Manager of Eli Waters, Burrum Heads and Airport Doctor Surgery. She has a degree in Business Administration, BSC Nursing, PostGraduate Diploma in cosmetic Nursing and is a PSR Provider. Adedoyin has always had a strong passion for enhancing people’s well-being and aging. Her interests lie in General Practice nursing as well as Cosmetic Medicine. Ade has a wealth of knowledge and experience in Management, Primary Health and Cosmetic Nursing.

Karen qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1985 after completing training at Westmead Hospital in Sydney after working in the various wards. Later she went on to complete post graduate study at University to obtain qualifications in ‘Child and Family Health’. She finally found her niche in Nursing 16 years ago working as a Practice Nurse in a Medical Centre where she learnt new skills and worked as a valuable member of a team of Doctors and other nurses providing Primary Health Care. Karen moved to Hervey Bay Airport in 2005 and have worked at this practice ever since! She is passionate about supporting people who have a chronic disease and helping them to improve their health and make better lifestyle choices. She loves that she get to work with babies and children as well as the very old and frail members of our community. She also enjoys her role as a mentor to nursing students from the University who come here on a clinical placement to learn about nursing in a community setting.

Jane joined our team in 2019, bringing with her a great passion for the nursing profession and the diverse pursuits her career offers. Her career in the health sector began in 2011, moving to registered nurse in 2015. Jane’s particular passions in nursing are women’s health and holistic care, which fuel her further studies across a broad range of topics. Jane is a registered pap smear provider and the only RN on our team able to assist our GPs with iron infusions. Outside of the practices, Jane immerses herself in her family, adventurous cooking, faith-focused activities, movies and reading.

Dr Tokyo has studied medicine in Myanmar. She has gained much experience in medicine as a medical registrar in Alice Springs Hospital, Logan Hospital, Gold Coast University Hospital and Robina Hospital. She attained the diploma of child health at Sydney Children Hospital network in 2016. She has been working in Wide Bay since 2017. She enjoys learning new clinical skills, which lead her obtaining professional certificate in skin cancer medicine, skin cancer surgery and aesthetic medicine by Healthcare. She’s interested in management of chronic medical conditions as well as preventive health.
Dr Olivia Osmer, a 2002 graduate of a medical school in Russia, has garnered extensive expertise in General Medicine, Women’s Health and Paediatrics over the course of her career. After gaining valuable experience at Hervey Bay Hospital, she transitioned to Eli Waters Medical Centre and Airport Doctor Surgery. Dr Olivia is passionate about preventative medicine, weight management and the effective handling of chronic conditions, all aimed at improving the quality of life and promoting longevity. Beyond her medical commitments, she treasures time with her husband, two boys, and beloved dog. Out door activities such as camping, hiking and biking are her preferred ways to maintain a well-rounded and active lifestyle.
Dr May Kvaw completed her medical degree at University Of Medicine 1, Yangon. She has been practicing medicine for more than 7 years. She has been working in the Australia Medical System since 2021 and has experience in General Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Intensive Care Medicine, Renal Medicine, Gastroenterology, Paediatrics, Surgery at Hervey Bay Hospital and she had previously worked at Covid Vaccination Clinic under Queensland health. Her special interest is Geriatric Medicine and she has a strong passion to provide care for the elderly patients. She loves Paediatrics Medicine and she likes to manage medical conditions affecting young children and infants. She is also passionate about treating skin concerns including skin checks and surgical procedures. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and keeps trying new recipes. She loves music and spends her leisure time singing with her husband and friends. Dr May is looking forward to working with the Fraser Coast Community to achieve the best possible health for patients.
Dr Solmaz Sakipoor is a General Practitioner with seven years of experience since graduating from medical school. She has a background in general practice in Iran and has been working at Hervey Bay Hospital for couple of years. Dr. Solmaz is dedicated to enhancing the health of the Bay community, showing a particular interest in Emergencies, paediatrics, mental well-being, geriatric care, and chronic conditions. Dr. Solmaz stands out for her comprehensive and personalised healthcare solutions, making her a trusted partner in the community’s health journey
